Named after Neptune's largest moon, this smart mail management application integrates AI to manage your mail archives.
Overview
Super Triton is a web-based application designed to assist institutions in managing various types of correspondence, such as incoming mail, outgoing mail, and disposition flows. The application also provides features for centralized user and role management.
Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), Super Triton can automatically read the content of letters using OCR, create content summaries, and provide relevant disposition suggestions.
Super Triton also connects with WhatsApp and email services to simplify the process of sending and receiving mail. Correspondence from external parties sent via WhatsApp will be automatically processed in the background for further analysis.
This combination of features makes Super Triton a comprehensive solution for more efficient, modern, and intelligent correspondence management.

User Personas
Admin Staff (e.g., "Ani"): Responsible for the daily processing of all incoming and outgoing letters. Her primary goal is to perform these tasks quickly, accurately, and with minimal manual data entry.
Manager / Department Head (e.g., "Budi"): Receives letters for review, makes decisions (dispositions), and approves outgoing letters. He needs to be notified instantly and be able to act quickly, often via mobile.
System Administrator: Manages user accounts, configures roles and permissions, and oversees system settings.

Incoming Letter Management
As an Admin Staff, I want to add new incoming letters using the most convenient method, whether it's one-by-one, in bulk, or directly from my phone.
As any user, I want to view a dashboard and searchable list of all incoming letters relevant to me or my department.
Outgoing Letter Management
As a staff member, I want to upload an existing outgoing letter, attach the document, and submit it through a simple workflow.
As a Manager, I want to receive a notification for an outgoing letter.
Disposition Management
As a Manager, upon receiving a letter, I want to create a disposition to instruct my staff on the required follow-up actions.
As a staff member, I want to receive a disposition notification and be able to update its status as I complete the assigned tasks.
As a Manager, I want to easily track the status of all dispositions I have issued.
AI Core Functionality
Intelligent Data Extraction
The AI will use OCR and pattern matching to automatically extract key data from letter documents, including Letter Number, Date, Sender, and Subject.
Automatic Classification
Based on content analysis, the AI will suggest or automatically assign a Category (e.g., Invitation, Invoice) and Nature (e.g., Urgent, Confidential).
Recipient Suggestion
The AI will analyze the letter's content to suggest the most relevant internal user(s) or department(s) for disposition.
Integrations & Notifications
The system will be integrated with WhatsApp and Email APIs to send automatic notifications for key events, including:
Assignment of a new incoming letter or disposition.
A request for outgoing letter approval.
Updates on the status of a task or disposition.
