Dashboard
The dashboard is the main control panel and provides an overview of key activities within the application
The dashboard is generally divided into three main sections:
Summary – Displays overall data from the entire usage period.
Performance – Displays performance metrics filtered by month.
Daily Chart – Shows daily trends, also filtered by month.
A month filter is available below the summary section to control which month's data is displayed in both the Performance and Daily Chart sections.
Summary
This section provides four key statistics:
Incoming Letters
Outgoing Letters
Unprocessed – Incoming letters that have not yet been assigned a disposition.
Requires Action – Dispositions that require a follow-up with an outgoing letter.
Performance
This section highlights three key performance indicators:
Average Processing Time
Disposition Timeliness
Disposition-to-Outgoing Conversion Rate
Daily Chart
Also referred to as Statistics, this section visualizes daily transactions involving:
Incoming Letters
Outgoing Letters
Dispositions
It provides insight into the system’s daily activity and workload patterns.
