Disposition

To assign a disposition for an incoming letter, click the Disposition button located at the top-right corner of the letter detail page.

New Disposition

A disposition allows you to delegate the handling of a letter to another user. If a response is required, you can also specify a deadline for the reply.

You can also use the AI assistant ✨ to get smart suggestions on how to respond to the letter or what actions to take.

Once a user has been assigned a disposition task, they will receive a notification email.

All dispositions associated with a letter are displayed at the bottom of the letter’s detail view.

Disposition Content

Each incoming letter can have multiple dispositions. In turn, each disposition can also contain follow-up dispositions, allowing tasks to be further delegated down the chain.


User Information

At the top of each disposition, the system shows:

  • The name of the user who created the disposition.

  • The user assigned to carry it out.

If you're currently logged in and involved in the disposition, your name will be highlighted in light green. If no assignee is selected, only the creator’s name will appear.


Disposition Status

In the bottom-right corner of each disposition block, the system shows the status of the task:

  • If the disposition is marked as completed, it will be shown in green.

  • If a disposition has led to an outgoing letter, the corresponding agenda number of that letter will be displayed next to the status.

Completed Disposition

Once a the disposition has been completed, the related users will receive a notification email.

Reply Letter from Disposition

Assigned users can initiate a response letter directly from the disposition entry.

Disposition Action

The process for creating a reply is identical to creating a new outgoing letter.
